Tribute to a Terror Struck Nation

Let peace dwell on this nation God!

A nation that has proved across the Globe that come whatever, my land is always ready to absorb all the blood stains, remains of those who get scattered in the blasts, and tears of those families who lose their sole earning member.

While running fast to match the technically advanced nations across the Globe, India has lost its humanity and warmth (the only factor why our ancestors fought the English soldiers). How much we call ourselves to be the ones to bring the next revolution in the technological sector, we have lost what we were known for since ages. India was known for its warmth and human touch. But now it has been replaced by blood stains, terrors strikes, rapes and molestations and all such criminal records which were never known to us.

As we moved into the new Millenium, we have added a new section to the History books. This section is called Terrorism. A word that was not known to many in the late 90's, is now the only word on the lips of every living man on this earth. And the set of questions that we will ask the students will be:

  • In which year was Mumbai attacked in the month of November?
  • Which organisation was behind the Ahmedabad blasts?
  • How many died in the Mumbai train blasts?
  • What amount was offered as the compensatory package for those killed in the 1993 blasts?

When i said that we lost that warmth and human touch, i meant the gap that is created between the different religions. That feeling of trust has vanished away from every Indian's heart.

This is my tribute to my terror struck nation.............
